Prerequisite: High school diploma. Upon completion, participants receive a personalized Basic Hypnosis – Self-Hypnosis certificate in English.

This foundational course introduces participants to self-awareness and personal development while teaching a variety of self-hypnosis techniques. Students also explore the fundamentals of hypnosis and its practical applications in everyday life. The course is delivered in Hungarian, with all materials translated from the original curriculum.
