Have you ever wished there was someone who could help you navigate your life—like a symbolic tour guide?
There are situations we can easily solve with the coping mechanisms we’ve learned at home or developed along the way. But everyone encounters circumstances that can’t be successfully managed with the tools they currently have. Sometimes, a person may even live in self-sabotage without realizing it—until someone helps them uncover the subconscious “programs” that keep repeating the same problems over and over again.
Having problems is natural. Everyone has them. The real question is: will you take that important first step toward freeing yourself from them?
The topics people most often turn to me with include:
- conflict situations in different areas of life
- restlessness, pressure to conform, self-confidence issues
- weight-related challenges,
- self-awareness development,
- learning difficulties,
- improving communication and presentation skills, negotiation techniques;
- developing leadership skills,
- grief processing, difficulties with closure,
- enhancing performance in sports, creative artistic work, or in the traditional workplace.
Highlights of my studies and professional journey:
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications at Kodolányi János University of Applied Sciences. I began my career in the business sector, where I spent 20 years working for international corporations, 10 of those years as a senior executive in Human Resources. Since 2003, I have been delivering skills development, self-awareness, and leadership trainings for both corporate and civil organizations.
I have always been interested in human nature and the functioning of emotions, and the most important thing is how to get the best out of each of us for ourselves. My leadership experience encouraged me to gain a more comprehensive knowledge of the inner world, especially the functioning of the mind, which is how I got to the off-site courses of the Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta in Canada. In 2012, I obtained the highest qualification available in this profession, as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt). Since 2014, I have also been an instructor in this international training program, teaching hypnosis from the basics to professional courses at the International Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Academy. I am a member of the Michael Newton Institute as the only hypnotherapist in Hungary representing Life between lives® hypnosis, which is mostly referred as the Journey of our Soul hypnosis based on Dr. Michael Newton's books.
As a supervisor, I support professionals trained at our institute and often provide professional guidance to colleagues from other helping professions. I regularly conduct individual and group self-awareness hypnosis sessions, lead SomatoDrama® groups, and work with grief and loss processing using internationally accredited methodologies. In addition, teaching personality development through meditation is a cause especially close to my heart.
Perhaps you, too, have felt that the key to solving life’s challenges always lies within the person experiencing them. If you feel the time has come to discover your own key to meaningful change, I warmly welcome you to reach out to me.
