
Enlightenment means freeing yourself from psychological suffering. For this meditation technique, all you need is to dedicate 15 minutes a day to practice. Over time, your meditation sessions can be extended, and depending on your goals and commitment, you can develop your meditation skills to multiples of this initial duration.
The more you meditate, the greater the order in your mind and the more peace in your heart. Many people believe meditation is boring or monotonous, but this is not true. During meditation, you actively work with your thoughts and emotions, learning to smooth the emotional waves that arise in your mind.
The method can be learned in a short course and has numerous beneficial physiological effects. It helps quiet the mind’s noise, serves as a tool for creating lasting calm, and develops mindfulness. It is especially recommended for reducing anxiety, relieving stress, and for self-managing sleep disorders or other “modern lifestyle” ailments.
During the course, you will learn and practice the basics of both sitting and walking meditation. Follow-up sessions are available for continued practice, and you are also warmly welcome if you already know Vipassana but wish to practice in a group or refine your technique.
